Preliminary report on the IAPLC2012 application number!

International Aquatic Plants Layout Contest 2012 application closed on May 31, and it has a total of 2,021 entrants from 63 countries and areas in the world, the largest number ever in our contest history!
We would like to extend our sincere appreciation for such a large number of entries.

Right now IAPLC Steering committee is conducting the grading process of all the entries. This year we will make a global-scale internet voting by all the contestants, aquarium stores selected by ADA and ADA overseas distributors, and aquarium magazine editors of the world. We are scheduling to make the secoond round internet grading in early July. So please wait patiently the announcement of internet grading.

Final selection of Grand Prize winner, and top 100 layouts world ranking will be decided by adding the result of popular vote at the Nature Aquarium Party organized on October 27 at Tokyo International Forum. We all look forward to your participation to the Nature Aquarium, and please witness the scene of deciding the top of the world planted aquarium layout!
